Ⅱ. Cases not applicable to cancellation

Order cancellation is not applicable in the following cases:

  • the order has already been shipped or handed over to the carrier;

  • the impossibility of delivery is due to address errors or incorrect essential information.

If the order has been shipped, the rights provided by the Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy may still be exercised, within the terms allowed by applicable law.
